Company history in brief
BIANATT was established in 2007.
In October 2008 ANAMET bought a 25% stake in the company.
ANAMET, established in 1966, is the leading metal recycling company in Greece. It operates in four South Eastern European countries, and it serves its industrial clients in Greece and abroad.
With a share capital increase and the development of an ambitious investment plan (2009), the new management laid the foundations for the expansion of the company's activities. The main objectives were, on one hand, to reduce operating costs and on the other, to increase the volume of WEEE processed at its plant.
In August 2010, ANAMET acquired the rest of the shares outstanding of BIANATT, and became its sole shareholder.
The company's dedication to operate within high quality and environmental standards was verified in September 2009 by obtaining the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications from TUV Hellas.
